From the very moment I stepped off the plane, the staff made us feel like royalty. Their attention to detail is truly unmatched; they anticipate your needs before you even have to ask. The culinary experience was the biggest surprise of all. I have dined all over the world, and the food here tasted like I was eating at a 3-star Michelin restaurant. Every meal was a masterpiece of flavor and presentation. A special thank you to Glenda and her entire staff. Their warmth and professionalism made our trip feel deeply personal and incredibly special. They don’t just provide a service; they provide a memory. I won't stay anywhere else in Belize from now on. "If you want to be treated like family, this is the place. A/C was appreciated as well as the complementary ride from the airport and back into town for dinner. The “continental” breakfast was scrambled eggs, veggies and cheese, special needs were asked about and provided. It’s outside of the city, new development of not-quite-finished larger houses sitting on canals. Birds galore! "

"The hotel was very clean and the staff was courteous. The roof top restaurant had excellent food at reasonable prices. Great location. Walking distance to "tourist village" and water taxis. An added bonus is a large variety store attached to the hotel where you can find inexpensive souvenirs and household items."
