"The hotel is extremely clean, well maintained, quiet and comfortable - while being at the centre of district 1. But the highlight are the staff that make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive - whether that’s by greeting in front of the hotel and helping with luggage or taking care to show around the amenities of the room. It’s a huge accomplishment for the staff to be available and attentive at a compact yet busy facility like this one. Kelly has been a particular star who went above and beyond in helping me navigate a food poisoning I acquired when eating out - including even making a booking at a local clinic and the best raw ginger tea I’ve had in my life. "

"Right in the heart of Saigon. Great bars, restaurants and 7/11 type stores. Close to pier for cruises. Staff were very helpful and friendly, room very clean and taken care of. Open your door to the balcony and you here all the sounds of the city. All gone once door closed. Definitely stay here again. "

"Central location, not too far from Ben Thanh market. The room is a bit small, however, the bed was very comfortable to sleep on. Even though it's located on a busy road, we couldn't hear any road noise at night, which was a plus."

"Such a lovely hotel. Amazing staff, all so welcoming and helpful. The 1st room we were in had a poor AC that didn’t work at all however we spent the 1st night there as our toddler had fallen asleep after complaining of the heat. We were luckily transferred to a better room the next morning which was great. Big and clean bathroom with all the right amenities. "
