"Room was great and such a beautiful place. Truth be told is that the hospitality of this place was second to none. They treated us like family and that goes beyond words. Loved the crew. You won’t be disappointed. "

"The views and rooftop are top notch. Rooms are perhaps a little sparse, but the towels and soaps/shampoos are nice. You can tell this is a Mexican chain given the generic Nescafé pods, basic lower quality flooring, and lack of any cable channels on the TV. As a business traveler and pkebrt of things going on in the world, it was disappointing not to have at least CNN and business news channels along with ESPN. Overall is was very nice accommodation and very clean. A part of the shower glass somehow came of track and cracked/sliced me but the hotel was very quick to respond, change my room and offer antiseptic. I was very happy with their care and response to random one off. I will stay here again. The location is great. "

"We really liked our stay at Hotel Luca. The best feature was the included, excellent little breakfast on the 5th floor terrace that comes with coffee, juice, fresh fruit, and great chilaquiles (or great pancakes if you prefer). It's a nice way to start a day exploring the city. The location is central. In addition to being in the middle of the Roma area and near dozens of good restaurants and cafes, you can also walk to Condessa and the park/museum, and to Centro. The room was clean and housekeeping staff kept it tidy during our stay. The bed was comfy. Check in was smooth and the staff are all really friendly. The downstairs coffee shop is also really good to have on hand. "

"Muy buen lugar para hospedarse, empezando por que esta limpio y bien equipada la habitacion; la ubicación esta excelente, muchas cosas solo caminando unas cuadras; en lo personal si volvemos a hospedarnos aqui. Por ultimo hay ruido pero es entendible ya que pasa una avenida principal a un lado y casi en toda la ciudad hay mucho ruido"
