"Our thanks to the Ms TATIANA, the breakfast greeter, is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. On the other side, some Credit goes to the breakfast buffet service: Great team: IDA D , IMMA , FEDERICA A,LAMIA, ARIANNA P and EMANUELE whom we have make it a must to congratulate before leaving and promised them that we will be back with great pleasure. They were polite ,professional and competent. This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! "The helpful staff & their level of customer service is what made our stay simply excellent! The views from the breakfast buffet is straight out of a painting. The panoramic views and the lemon groves of the property are an icing on the cake. Rooms were spacious and well serviced too. Absolutely worth every penny!"

"The staff was highly attentive to our needs during our stay, including preparing a breakfast box for us to take along when we told them that we could not stay for our paid breakfast due to our flight departure time. We originally wanted two separate beds for our room, and when we were given a room with a combined bed, the staff even came and split the bed for us. The hotel is close to restaurants, a grocery store, metro, trains, and transportation to the airport (only about 15-20 minutes away). Highly recommend this place."

"Fantastic view. Helpful staff, including those in the restaurant. Great food. Superb decor. We used their shuttle to go down into the town and then take a bus over for a few hours in Positano."
