"Firstly, I can’t thank the management and staff enough for accommodating a special request for me and my partner. Communication was excellent throughout, and everyone was incredibly helpful. Regarding the rooms, there was an overbooking issue which required us to move after the first night, but we were compensated with complimentary drinks at the bar - a thoughtful gesture that was much appreciated. The rooftop bar was a highlight, offering nice views and a great atmosphere with live music. The rooms were cosy, the beds comfortable, and everything was clean. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, with all the essentials you’d expect from a continental spread. The location was also convenient and suited our needs well. Overall, a satisfied customer and would definitely recommend."

"Stayed at HF Fénix Lisboa for 6 days this past October. The hotel’s location is ideal and convenient to metro, buses and the hop-on-hop off buses. Daily breakfast was tasty and we enjoyed the selection of foods during on buffet night. Special shoutout to the staff for the birthday cake and champagne to celebrate my 25+ birthday 😍. "

"Excellent location, away from the crowded touristy Baixa but a few steps from the Metro. Lovely little restaurants abound. And the Eduardo VII park is a great amenity, full of birds and beautiful walking paths. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful."
