"The staff was great We got our luggage just before the 2nd to last shuttle was set to leave the airport After calling the front desk to say we had arrived and had our luggage - the front desk clerk called the driver and he agreed to wait for us for a few minutes - it was great The room was clean and the beds extremely comfortable The breakfast was a surprise Fresh waffles fresh omelets sausage and potatoes Lots of cereals and fruit and muffins and really good coffee Anytime I need an airport hotel at YVR - I’m staying here "

"This is one of the quietest hotels I’ve stayed in, beautiful rooms, close to skytrain transit to take you either downtown or into Richmond, excellent sushi and other restaurants within walking distance, very friendly and helpful staff, I always stay here when in Vancouver and am a huge fan of this lovely small hotel."

"The rooms are spotless. This is one of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed in & that’s a compliment to all the housekeeping staff , room is very spacious and beds are so comfortable . Fridge , microwave & beautiful bathroom. We have stayed here a few times and love it , all the staff are wonderful at this holiday inn . Gym is great also coin operated laundry machines & dryer is convenient . Great breakfast also . Close to everything you need 😁 airport shuttle also very convenient "
