"Check in/out process was easy and quick, amenities were good, room was tidy and breakfast was ok. Only stayed for 1 night so can’t really provide a more detailed review but all things considered it’s a great place to stay for the price, especially for the location, literally in the heart of Florianópolis. "I checked in close to midnight and immediately noticed that the sheets and pillows were dirty and covered in hair. We requested a room change, but the second room was even worse, with broken items and very poor cleanliness. At that hour, we didn’t have time or energy to keep switching rooms, so we stayed. Overall, it was an absolute disaster and extremely disappointing, especially considering the price paid in Brazilian currency. I would not recommend this hotel."

"Absolutely amazing staff, delicious and fresh food, beautiful and spacious accommodations. The kids club and the activities were amazing. I unfortunately got hurt while at the resort (no fault of the hotel) but they were so amazing the life guards took amazing immediate care and the hotel had me privately driven to the hospital and waited to bring me back."
