Absolutely phenomenal!! Staff was amazing from the moment we got there until our departure. Definitely plan to stay again. Only concerns we had (but did not affect our stay): 1) When we got breakfast with 5 ppl vs 4 ppl, one person’s meal was always forgotten and they had to wait an extra 10-15 min to get their food; 2) My family prefers breakfast buffets, but I loved their breakfast menu

We loved everything about this place. The rooms, location, food, facilities were fantastic. The pool was exceptionally good and well maintained. But the best thing for us was the STAFF. All of them were wonderful and I am sad to leave. I'm sorry I cannot remember all the names. But of the names that I remember from the guys at front of house in the orange shirts are Jane, Azia. Lang, Dars, Mike and (superman) Ralph. Of the security guys in blue I'd like to thank Amor, Lacia, and Eorreon. And the bar and restaurant staff, there were so many of you but of the names I can remember I would like to thank Gian, Jeb Jeb, Peter. You treated us to the freshest and tastiest filipino food at breakfast and at dinner time. I'd also like to thank the lovely gardening lady in green with her big hat, quietly working on the grounds to make them pleasant for all of us. The massage ladies I am grateful for you all too and for your healing hands. As I have said, there are just too many names to remember and I apologise if your name is not in this review. But I want you all to know that you were ALL appreciated by my husband and I. This resort, North Zen Villas, is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. I definitely recommend it and would stay again. Finally, I just want to say: Jane, Azia and Lang, whenever I eat coconut or candy, I will think of you now. I have no choice but to give the NZV 10 out of 10. Thank you SO much for looking after us.

Hands down a great choice if you prefer a relaxing, quiet stay. Staff very friendly and reliable, never a hesitation w every request or inquiry. Peter and Missy(?) from the restaurant side were excellent; Jayne from front desk was knowledgeable and attentive. Hotel also allows use of amenities at Oceanica, a sister hotel. Use Xpedia for experiences/adventures though to save.

The fantastic sunset view resort

The reason why I select North Zen Villas is able to see a beuatiful mangrove woods. It was fantastic sunset when I've seen before. Also, the service quality is perfect. The employees always show big smiles.

Our family of grandparents, parents and grandchildren stayed for 4 nights at North Zen Villas in December 2024. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the grounds are attractive, especially the boardwalk through the mangroves, and the food at the restaurant was good. The staff were uniformly cheerful and helpful.

We love the rooms and the hotel itself with all the amenities around like the Mangroove, the big nice pool and the restaurant. Services are great, food is not the best for me because mostly are healthy, but for all, it was great!!! Crews were so courteous and they cleaned our room every day. Rooms were clean and smells great. I love this hotel.

The place is nice and quiet. The walkway through the mangroves is definitely a must see. Unfortunately, we came during the monsoon season so it was raining most of the time. The rooms were tastefully decorated and they have exceptional staff. All together our stay was quite pleasant.

Amazing stay

North Zen Villas are super zen and we had some wonderful days there. The pool area is lush and beautiful and the bamboo walk is so cool + really nice sunsets. The food in the resturant is truely amazing (fell in love with the ribs), and the breakfast is GREAT. Nice spacious rooms with a really good view! The staff is great, fun and helpful. Amazing drinks with happy hour from 7am to 7pm. Live music (really good) Fridays and Saturdays. 10 out of 10!
