This was the most comfortable hotel that we have stayed in as a family in a LONG time. Usually by the 2nd night our backs are hurting or we just can't sleep, but we did not have that problem here. The breakfast was always stocked (from 6-10 or 7-11? I can't remember) and the food was good. There were waffles, muffins, biscuits, bagels, fruit (oranges, bananas), yogurt, oatmeal, dry cereal. There were items to make your own breakfast sandwiches that included sausage, turkey sausage, eggs, sliced cheese, salsa, sauces. The staff was always welcoming and checking in on us, to see if we needed anything. We could text the front desk with questions regarding sheets, towels, shuttle to Universal. I highly recommend this hotel to any family.

The rooms were big and clean and fit the purpose of our trip. I was surprised with a variety of the breakfast that was included. I would deathly stay here again. It was also close to everything. A tourist could eat in Orlando. Universal Disney Springs the outlet malls all a few minutes away.
