The staff was very attentive, helpful. I did have one “gripe” however. One of the guys in our group was charged an extra $250 because the front desk claimed he set of the smoke sensor in his room. The problem is, he doesn’t smoke, never has never will. When he told them to sent someone to check his room they said they didn’t have anyone available. This happened this past weekend, 12/5-12/6. If you’re going to stay, don’t get room 3012, it might have a faulty smoke sensor and they will bill you.
