The room was excellent with a lot of space and a beautiful view. The staff made a very warm welcome of us. We enjoyed the Terrace and loved being in the middle of the old town center. The nights were quiet.

The staff was very friendly and the place was convenient. It was on the edge of the old walking area, so it was close to everything you'd want to see, but also far enough that it was quiet in the evening and you didn't have the noise from cafes in the area.

Right downtown, comfortable and clean.

Great service and price for the excellent room. I had expected a little better view. The room was comfortable. Fridge, hot water cooker and coffee machine were in the community kitchen. Coffee and tea were available. Bathroom was very comfortable and we had a table to eat breakfast etc. The cheaper parking lot of 6 euros per day is closed due to the bridge breakdown. The closest parking lot is 12 Euros per day.

Keine typische Touristenbettenburg, sondern kleineres, von der Kirchengemeinde geführtes Haus. Z.Zt. kein Frühstück möglich, aber tolle Bäckerei in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Teeküchen zur freien Nutzung auf den Fluren. Internetempfang sehr gut.

Rundum super

Die Lage ist einfach 1a! Wir waren hauptsächlich wegen des Striezelmarkts in Dresden, wollten aber natürlich auch etwas Sightseeing machen. Es ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen und so nahe, dass man auch problemlos zwischendurch nochmal auf dem Zimmer entspannen kann. Das Einchecken sonntags ohne besetzte Rezeption klappt völlig problemlos über einen Code-gesicherten Briefkasten. Parken ist zwar in nahe gelegenen Parkhäusern gut möglich, aber natürlich ein wenig kostenintensiv. Wenn man bereit ist 20-25 Minuten zu Fuß zu gehen, gibt es auch kostenlose Parkplätze (Z. B. an der Marienbrücke - unter der Carolabrücke ist seit diese einstürzte kein parken möglich). Die Teeküche (mit Kühlschrank, Geschirr und Spülmaschine), eignet sich hervorragend um abends noch ein wenig zusammen zu sitzen, oder natürlich auch um dort zu frühstücken oder für nen Nachmittags Kaffee. Am Anreisetag ging leider die Heizung in unserem Zimmer nicht, darum wurde sich aber umgehend gekümmert nachdem wir in der Rezeption Bescheid gaben. Überhaupt war die Dame an der Rezeption (welche gleichzeitig Pfarramt ist, wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe) außerordentlich freundlich und reizend.
