Staff not exactly welcoming, but professional. Breakfast was disappointing. Very few options. NO COFFEE, not a drop. Hotel policy required guests to eat breakfast in small area in front of check-in counter. A few rickety tables and chairs there. Sad.

The first frame I was in had mold in it. They sent me to another room in the bathroom toilet paper holder was laying on the floor I would suggest somebody to go check that out since it’s a franchise they’re not up to standard

Property seems to be going downhill with poor maintenance. Been staying here every fall a few years now and just gets worse and worse. Tighten the tables up so they arent a wobbly mess. Separate the smoking/non smoking rooms. Throw away expired breakfast foods. Fix broken bathroom shelves. This used to be a clean low cost option in palestine.

Dirty bedsheets we changed the rooms twice & gave Us dirty bedsheets & when we showed the manager the poor condition she chose to use slurs & chased us out of the premises & called the police
