The snack area it’s very poor menu the service is poor and also they take to much time to service the food, my suggestion is they have to do like other hotels they put a buffet on the snack hour it’s more choices of food and faster for the clients it’s a suggestion only. Room was ok,Staff was pleasent, pools and beach were awesome. Food and drinks were inconsistent and all bars seemed to run out of various drinks every day Bartenders were friendly but did not mix drinks the same day to day. Japanese ala carte was good, but was disappointed with both the italian and steakhouse restaurants. Coffee shop was very good,and the legands bar food was decent.

Habitaciones muy limpias, staff muy amables y serviciales, champaña, refrescos y agua en el refrigerador, de la habitacion, buen aire, piscinas equipadas y con actividades divertidas,! Se puede pasar a Playa Bachata caminando!! Ambiente fenomenal!!! Mi unica queja por asi decirlo es que las bebidas son muy aguadas!! Ellos piensan que no sabemos a que saben los licores y las senti muy ligeras y sin sabor!! Pero la tomamos y la pasamos Super bien!! Los restaurantes, heladerias y coffe store !! Muy buenos!! Recomiendo el lugar!!! Mi familia y yo la pasamos muy bien

Staff at the pool bar, Wilkin and Delvi are so friendly. Our favorite waitress was Juana and she was so attentive! One thing I was disappointed in was that at the buffet they had limited amount of “certain” food. So if you’re not there early oh well. On a brighter note, we really enjoyed the food at the Teppanyaki Restaurant. Staff doesn’t put on a show as I thought they would but the food was absolutely delicious!

Rooms could be cleaner, updated. Food was always cold and it was difficult to get reservations. Water in the shower was luke warm at best. Entertainment was the same throughout our entire stay. Weekends was over crowded since they allow locals to use the facilities and with a pool being under construction it was not enjoyable.

What I like about this resort was that it was clean, staff was very friendly and attentive. My only complaint is that food could have been way better and getting RVSP to the restaurant u should book them when checking in so u can at least get to go to the restaurant instead of the buffet…. Another thing they really should have a night club or make the 24 hour bar a night club after 10pm people can actually go dance and have fun night . A great thank u to Skinny, Christopher for making our days fulls of laughter and Yesy for making our stay better and getting a safe ride into town.

La propiedad es grande y muy bonito pero la limpieza rs pesima y el trato de la gerencia sobre todo de Melvin Santana es de muybpoco empatia. El aire no funcionaba, ni agua para tomar, la pisicina privada blanca por falta de filtro y llena de escremento de paloma y limo. No lo recomiendo lo peor aun nadie responde mi reclamo.
