The booking I had requested to be changed to 31 December was booked for 31 January and we had no accommodation for the evening of the 31 December. This I discovered when I informed the person who works for or owns the lodge on the 31st of December that we would see him that evening. I am still waiting for my refund as he then informed us he is fully booked so can no longer assist us. He also said it was my responsibility to check the invoice to make sure he had put the correct date on it even though in my message to him I clearly stated the 31st December.
