Lovely little place in the heart of Fredericksburg, TX. We were there over Xmas day and assumed we would have fewer services on site. But the breakfast both days was plentiful and tasty! We didn't have housekeeping come in on Xmas Day, which really wasn't an issue for us at all, and they kindly dropped off a bag with extra towels and coffee, ice bucket bags etc in the morning, so we didn't feel the lack whatsoever. The room is super cozy, like a log cabin, with all the wooden beams and wooden furniture. There is no fireplace in the room (which the site seemed to suggest there was), but the hot tub was amazing! Be warned that getting into the tub to shower or use the hot tub requires mobility and dexterity and may not be suitable for all ages and abilities. The upstairs room had a little balcony, and the room had 2 rockers outside on a little porch to enjoy your coffee outdoors. Really nice place, and can see this being a lovely romantic or relaxing getaway.
