My experience with this place was unequivocally negative and shows exactly how guest service should not look.
During my stay, my car window was smashed on the hotel’s paid parking lot, and items were stolen from the vehicle. In such a situation, I expected at least a basic level of support and engagement. Instead, I was met with indifference, a lack of empathy, and a clear unwillingness to help from the staff, while the owner’s attitude was arrogant and highly unprofessional. Any attempts to obtain information or real assistance ended in being dismissed and having responsibility shifted elsewhere.
The rooms themselves also leave much to be desired — they are not modern, clearly past their prime, and the overall standard does not correspond to either the price or the level the hotel claims to offer.
If you value safety, basic customer service, and fair treatment in difficult situations, you should avoid this hotel altogether.
I strongly and without hesitation advise against staying here under any circumstances.
