Horrible! Before I talk about the horrible things, I do want to mention how clean the room was. The sheets and towels were clean. Now lwtlet me tell you why it was horrible. The water was shut down on the toilet. Toilet not sitting on the base, leaked and rocked. There were people partying in the parking lot with drugs and alcohol with music blaring! People upstairs stomped around until 3am. After a 9 hour drive, we got about 3 hours of sleep! Never again!

The staff were over worked. Took forever to get checked in. Then no ice machine. In all my years of traveling I have never stayed at a hotel that didn't have an ice machine. Second no black out curtains in the room. Not curtains at all. Just cheap white blinds. I'll never stay at that hotel again. It was ridiculous.

Room was gross. Beds and floors were clean but the bathroom was dirty and the bathroom door didn’t latch. When we went to check in there was no one there and a sign that said they would be back in 10min. Another guest got in line behind us and said the sign was there when they tried to check in earlier. We called the numbers provided and no one answered. Finally someone showed up, then the check in process was easy. The common areas smelled very strongly of marijuana, luckily the room did not. The other guests were very loud making sleeping difficult. Especially the motorcycle getting revved up at 1:18am. That was a rude awakening. If we had to wait any longer to check in we were going to a different hotel. We were searching for nearby hotels while waiting.
