Room was okay for the price. Bathroom shower was a nightmare as didnt drainquick enough and the floor was wet and very slippery. Staff were okay. To improve bins need emptying daily.

Everything was wonderful at R34 Boutique Hotel. The check in process and check out was so easy and friendly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic. The location is great too right in the center of Sofia City Centre. The rooms were very clean too! I would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely boutique hotel

Room was spacious and beautiful design. Great location and the beds were comfortable. I like that they provided an additional lounge area. Internet connection was good and it’s close to all transportation. The hallways always had a beautiful scent. I think they are doing renovations so the check in process was a little unclear. It’s really a great place to stay.

Room is nice and well designed. Toilet was not that good...also because they required not to use toilette paper in th WC. And the faucets were kind of broken. There is no lobby so they shoukd remove the photos of that place where you have tables to sot( they dismantled everything) Position is excellent.

Great location. Some small tweaks would take this hotel from great to excellent. They need hooks on the walls for wet coats and towels and leave the fridge plugged in!!! 1 coffee capsule per person per day would also be appreciated

Great location. Modern decor. Pleasant receptionist. Odd 'bar/kitchen' with lovely tables and chairs but only cups and a kettle. Only supplied with two herbal teas and two sachets of coffee and no milk in room for three night stay.

Really nice hotel. Enjoyed 3 nights here in March. Don’t be put off by the frontage, lot nicer inside. Would have given 5 stars for everything but issues with the hot water in the shower meaning it didn’t last too long. Staff said it was due to age of building.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location - room smelled of cigarettes when I checked in - you can't flush toilet paper - the water pump is insanely loud - the walls are thin, you will hear your neighbours - no hot water (instructions say to let it run at max for a few minutes but that only get it to no frigid) - no locks on inside of door. Doors are unlocked with a code which probably isn't changed. Not good for solo female travelers
