At the time of our arrival (around 7 PM), there was 3 parties waiting to check-in with only one attendant available at the front desk. It took much too long for the process. Other people behind us tried to jump the line. We given a room on the 5th level. When we got to our floor, there were no corresponding numbers on the walls to direct us to our room. We had to search several lanes till we found it in the connected building. Our room was dirty. There were tiny spiders and ants in the kitchen area. There were no towels at all and the windows were dirty. We went downstairs to the reception and asked for another room. We were given a second "upgraded" room. It turned out to be the same, but without the ants and spiders. Breakfast was lousy. At 10 AM, everything was cut off, including a second cup of coffee. The cups, machines and everything was removed. Imagine walking in at 9:59 AM

The service was very poor, they closed main lobby entrance without notifying. There was no one to assist with luggage. I booked a suite just comfort and quiet but that was not the case. I insist on receptionist to put me somewhere quiet and reply yes but still put me on the 2th floor and my window next to the dumpster and incoming traffic.

It is OK for the price, has it's ups and downs

The hotel was nice for Casablanca. The employees were great and the public areas were comfortable. The room itself was just OK. It was smaller than the one in the picture. The kitchen area seemed old. The kettle was broken and the minifridge did not work well. There were stains in the carpet. But the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was quite nice (especially the shower).

Dirty, avoid this hotel. They offered to find another room for us, but if you cannot clean my original room, I do not trust that you can clean any room. We immediately left to a different hotel. They refused a refund, and did not answer Expedia when they tried on my behalf. Also there was a group of large flies as soon as the elevator opened to the 5th floor. Downstairs I understand because the door is constantly opened. But upstairs? It was incredibly difficult getting a cab outside, I ended up using the Careem app.

The rooms are large. Waking distance to the Old Medina. The Front Desk female staff would speak to each other and not acknowledge you. The Front Desk oversees two hotels. I informed the staff which hotel I booked and could not find my reservation. I reminded her again and she found my reservation. I told her that I was joining a group on the second day so I wanted the same room and key. Unfortunately, she did not follow through on my request. It was a little hassle the next day when my key would not work. Only the male Front Desk staff was friendly and helpful.
