Once inside the property was very nice! The walk to is a little sketchy since it’s in an alley like street. But it is clearly one of the nicer building along the block. The room we stayed in was very humid but I wouldn’t blame since it was so close to the water. Otherwise the room is pretty standard and has all the amenities you need

Home away from home

We loved staying at Villa Magiola. It was really a home away from home, fully equipped with everything you could need. The kitchen is great, with lots of equipment for cooking, and its fantastic having a washing machine and dryer in the lobby. The owners have obviously put a lot of thought and energy into making this a great place to stay. Excellent convenient location too

The property is nice, clean, offers all basic amenities and is close to the rail station and just a walk to the Pompei Ruin. I think it's one of the best places to stay if your objective is to see the Ruin. The Owner is quite a nice fellow and the staff are quite helpful. If we are to come around the area again, we will surely be staying in the Villa. Thumbs up

Villa Magiola is a lovely modern, clean, apartment style accomodation, easily walkable to all three entrances of the Pompeii Archeological Park (so long as you don't have mobility issues). There are plenty of restaurants within longish walking distance if you don't want to cook. Self check in was easy. Laundry facilities on site were great for being in our second week of our trip to Italy (note: you need change so be sure to have some one euro coins if you plan on doing laundry- 4 euros for load wash. There is a clothesline available for drying). There is a convenient grocery store next door and the kitchen in our unit had everything we needed for breakfasts in the morning. The building is really lovely and modern with all the comforts you'd expect from renting an apartment. And you can't beat the price! Overall: a great value in a conveniently located apartment home.

Great apartment, spacious and very clean. Super comfy beds. Antonio and the team are really friendly and accommodating and provided pick up and return transportation from Naples Airport. Location is perfect for a stay 5 mins walk to Pompeii ruins, 10 mins walk to train station to Naples/Sorrento and 10 mins walk to lots of restaurants in Pompeii center.

Only a short walk to the Pompeii archaeological site and a short walk to the nearest railway station, which is handy for getting into Naples and also goes to Sorrento. Convenient supermarket nearby. The owner was friendly and accommodating, even bringing my mom some medication from his own house when I mentioned she wasn't feeling well. Nice room, very clean, modern looking, warm. It was a really nice stay. A bit far from the train station if you're walking with luggage (we were), but very close to Old Pompeii. We were able to use the washer and drier for 6€, and store our luggage there for 2€. We recommend this lovely hotel.

Very comfortable room. Quiet. Easy check in. Owners are not on site but respond quickly to questions and are very helpful. Room is well appointed with fridge, kettle, ever import corkscrew and a large bathroom. Location is fantastic. Ten minute walk to trains and cathedral. Two minute walk to archaeological park and grocery store.

Wonderful Villa near Pompeii! Great for families

The villa was excellent - Very modern! Very close to both Pompeii but also the train station supermarket and Pompeii shopping. The rooms were well decorated, comfy beds, air con was good. The kitchen facilities were modern clean and worked perfectly. Security wasn’t an issue - good locks to main door etc. We will return! Thank you

While there is daytime renovation taking place, it starts in the late morning and ends early. The property is located a level 10 minutes from the main Marine entrance to The Pompeii ruins and 15 from the town center and restaurants.
