The trash cans outside the hotel were overflowing for the 2 days were there. The staff was always on their phones or had ear buds in. The person working the front desk was also the person taking care of the breakfast bar. I was having issues with the pancake maker and when I asked for help, she was not very pleasant and even worse when I had to bother her again for syrup. The shower was dirty. The hallway floors and main area needed vacuumed, but the lady was just using a broom to get the big stuff off the carpets. Most of the seats in the common area where dirty looking, to the point I didn't want to sit on the them.
