It was amazing. Room was very nice and comfortable and clean. Location was great. It was right by transportation station. Trains were available to take you where you wanted to go. Ocean balcony view was amazing. Thebest part was Georgiana the property manager. From her help with planning trips and transportation to her restaurant recomendations to her providing beautiful pastries and coffees and her making unbelevable caprese salads and bilinies. She made it one of the most memorable places we have stayed and we recommend this B&B to anyone traveling to Civitavicchia.

A Georgiana foi simplesmente incrível! Muito dedicada, cortês, prestativa e gentil. Ela mesma fez o café da manhã com uma deliciosa salada Caprese, com direito a taça de Bellini e o restante escolhido por ela com muito cuidado e sensibilidade. Amazing!!

This was one of the best experiences we could have asked for while staying prior to our cruise. Georgiana was an amazing hostess! She accommodated our early arrival and made a wonderful breakfast the next morning! The location was very convenient to restaurants, views, a grocery store. The room was cozy, clean and had amazing views! We will definitely be staying here next time we travel to Civitavecchia!

A top-notch experience

We stayed here for one night awaiting our cruise. We arrived very early the day of check-in, well before the normal check-in time. Georgiana was very hospitable and welcoming giving us access to the sunroom/sitting area as well as providing us with coffee and breakfast. She arranged to have our room cleaned quickly after the check-out of the previous evening's guests, giving us access to our room around 1PM. She provided local information about Civitavecchia and also about things we may want to check out at the stops during our cruise. Though the exterior of the building was unassuming, the accommodations and services were five stars. We would definitely welcome the opportunity to stay there again any time we have another cruise leaving out of Civitavecchia.

A very comfortable place to stay prior to a cruise. The rooms had a balcony with views of the city and nice seating places. It's also centrally located with an easy walk to bars/restaurants. The breakfast provided was outstanding. Our host went to a special bakery and brought us delicious pastries. We also had fruit, deli meats and a beautiful caprese salad. Our host also set us up with a transfer to the port which was extremely helpful. It was a wonderful experience.

A Truly Magical Stay! From the moment we arrived in Italy, we knew we were in for something special. Nestled in a perfect location near the port serene and picturesque, offering the most breathtaking views. Our host Georgiana arranged transportation from the airport and greeted us upon arrival. She was incredibly warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable stay. She provided us with fantastic recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and hidden gems that we wouldn't have found otherwise. Her hospitality was second to none, and we felt like family from the very first moment. The room was immaculate—tastefully decorated with a perfect mix of traditional Italian style and contemporary touches. Breakfast was a true highlight of our stay: fresh pastries, lovely Capri salad, and rich Italian coffee that gave us the energy to start our day. What truly made this B&B stand out was the attention to detail and the personal touch in every aspect of our visit. Whether it was the personalized welcome, the homemade breakfast, or the lovely guest lounge where we could unwind in the evening, every moment felt thoughtfully curated. We left feeling completely rejuvenated and incredibly grateful for such a wonderful experience. This B&B is a true gem, and we can’t wait to return!

I would highly recommend staying at the B & B Seataly. Georgina was such a delight and the breakfast experience was delicious and better than a cruise excursion. She added so much insight and even helped us with some travel arrangements. The room had everything we needed and more.

The most beautiful views from the wrap around balcony. This intimate 3 room B&B located on the 12th floor offers magnificent views of the land & the sea. The facility is very secure & the service provide was amazing. The breakfast was over the top!

This property is perfect! I stayed the night before my cruise and the host was wonderful!! My flight got in earlier, so she made the place available 4 hours before check-in time and allowed me to have a late check out! Each room has its own bathroom and it’s a small property which is perfect for privacy. The common living room area where all guest can sit have espresso or wine and a snack while looking out at the ocean is wonderful. Everything is up-to-date and completely complementary. The host made myself and two other cruise passengers a wonderful spread for breakfast, including divine croissants from the bakery on the first floor, assortment of fresh fruit, and yogurt. And her espresso machine makes any type of coffee you want. I would stay at this place again over and over! If there’s a way I could give more than five stars I would!
