A estrutura do hotel é grande, os funcionários sao educados. Entrentando, no primeiro momento fomos alocados em um apto na torre A onde o banheiro fedia urina forte. Trocamos de quarto na torre C e não mudou muito, as paredes e cortinas sujas, o banheiro encardido no box, pia e chuveiro entupidos, faltou agua no ultimo dia (dia 28). O quarto deixa a desejar por falta de manutenção e limpeza. Outra situação são os vendedores pararem a gente até 5 vezes ao dia oferecendo ingressos por visita a novos empreendimentos, insistem até perguntando a nossa programação dia como se nao tivéssemos no hotel para descansar. Nao temos a intencao em voltar. nao mudou

Hotel caro e de pessima qualidade

Experiência pessima. Check in com início às 14h00. Chegamos no hotel às 16h00 e ficamos 2 horas na fila para fazer o check in e pasmem. Logo após o check in fomos informados que não tinha quarto disponível e tinha que aguardar. Era 19h00 e nada de liberar o quarto. Hall do hotel lotado e muita confusão e desorganização. Só foi liberado o quarto pq eu pedi para cancelar minha reserva e iria procurar outro hotel. Vi muita gente brigando e com os mesmos problemas de não ter quarto disponível. A limpeza do hotel é pessima. Tudo muito sujo. Principalmente as dependências. Nao indico para ninguém

Quero ser justa, o lugar é excelente, as instalações tb, o pessoal super atencioso, mas temos que entender que a nossa idade é diferente e achamos o Hotel com mais barulho, porém quero deixar aqui um aviso aos papais, que o lugar é excelente para a diversão da crianças e conforto dos pais.

Voltando aqui depois de 2 anos a reconfirmar a Minha avalição, resort top demais nada a reclamar só agradecer pela semana que passei com vocês, comida top, quarto top, precisamos de algumas coisas mas só foi chamar na recepção que foram prontos a nos atender. Outro detalhe muito importante meu chekin e check-out não demoraram mais q 10 minutos pois fiz o web chekin pelo site aí qua do chegamos não tem enrosco nenhum. O hotel é cheio, possui muitas facilidades, mas se fosse um pouco menos cheio seria espetacular, pois o barulho da recreação na área da piscina estava muito alto e chegou a incomodar, mesmo estando no sétimo andar. Muito perto do Thermas, vale a pena para quem vem com crianças. A localização é ótima!

Bom custo benefício e na porta dos Laranjais

Boa relação de custo beneficio para quem quer conhecer Olimpia e ficar na porta do Thermas dos Laranjais. O hotel tem monitoria, entretenimento, restaurantes, bares, mini shopping, agencia de turismo, translado rapido e facil para o parque...ficamos hospedados 1 semana e nao precisamos sair dele. Ficamos hospeados em dois quartos e um deles (1401 torre C) tivemos problemas com o mau cheiro do ralo dos banheiros. Horrivel e não resolveram. O outro apto estava ok. E nao trocaram a roupa de cama. Muita gente hospedada, mas tambem muitos funcionários e bem organizado (só nao sei quando limpam a agua da piscina porque vi gente constantemente nela).

Parabéns, a pior estadia da minha vida.

Estacionamento aberto, carro no sol o dia todo; Hotel não troca as toalhas, do quarto trocam a cada 3 dias e da piscina você precisa ficar com a mesma durante toda a estadia; Em 3 diárias que ficamos, nenhum dia passou limpeza no quarto, nem mesmo recolheram o lixo apesar de solicitado; Piscinas não são piscinas, são laguinhos todos muito razos (até o joelho, com apenas 2 piscinas pequenas até a cintura) e aguas muito quentes a ponto de ser incômodo, mais calor na agua que fora dela, mesmo em dias ensolarados na casa dos 35 graus. Restaurante extremamente cheio, poquissimas opções, comida sem sabor. Auto denominado Resort mas não seria classificado nem mesmo como hotel 3 estrelas. Nunca fiquei hospedado em um hotel taaao ruim, mesmo tendo me hospedado em hoteis de 200 reais a diária (que inclusive, davam de 10 a 0 neste) :)
