We stayed for a week and the room was large! We loved it. Clean, friendly atmosphere. The only downfall was one that is important to us...The indoor "heated" pool was too cold for us to get into. Love this hotel!

The room was clean, beds were comfortable. You’re probably going to start a fire in 112 though with the power strip the fridge and microwave are plugged into. The microwave keeps shorting the power strip out and can’t run for more than 10-15 seconds. Pool is big. The hot tub is absolutely appalling to look at, you should really drain it and clean it. It’s a scary looking science experiment. Very friendly lady working the front desk lady night.

Breakfast was only a waffle or toast or oatmeal the juice was just syrup and even the waffle tasted off. The room was every big which was amazing but the room smelled like smoke as you walk in the room. They did not have a crib or a pack and play for our baby to sleep. We also found hand prints on the head of the bed from the prior guest. And as we are leaving and cleaning we noticed alot of black bold in the bathroom. This was supposed to be a nice relaxing fanily vacation and i am now juat hoping we dont get sick from the black mold.

Heater smelled bad, fake veneer peeling off all furniture, bath fan/light made grinding noise. Room was nothing like what was pictured on website. Pool and hot tub need a new paint job. This facility needs better maintenance. Not worth the 200+ spent for the night.

Room had no windows and boarded up skylight. When asked to change room, front desk employee was extremely rude and said if we don’t like it we can leave. Had indoor pool that was supposed to be heated, but was cold. Then found there was something that looked like feces in the pool. Went back to the desk to tell them, she didn’t seem to care said she would have someone check it out. We went back 4 hours later, it was still there and people were at the pool. Comforters on beds were stained. It was the most disgusting stay I have every had anywhere.

Hotel had a side building. My room was in the side building. The room smelled like a locker room. This is not an exaggeration. The carpet was repulsive. I walked on towels. I'm a hiker, I'm used to walking in bad places. The carpeting felt almost sticky and was visually unclean. Linens and sheets were clean.

Property needs repairs and new carpeting. The pool / sauna looks like it hasn't had maintenance since 1990. My room was supposed to have skylights but both were boarded over. Breakfast options almost non-existent. Tiny galley kitchen with very few options. Room for only two people at a time.
