The staff were wonderful, greeting us cheerfully and having a helpful translation device on hand. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The room was small but adequate, given we were out all day, and the bathroom had everything we needed, including a western-style stand-up shower. The hotel is in easy walking distance of the railway station and shops, and was overall very good value.

Very tiny, no room to move at all. Service was good. Perhaps it’s in me as my expectations were higher but we stayed at 5 hotels in Japan all similar in price and the other 4 had way more room.

Very convenient to train station and plenty of dining around the area. Good laundry service. Enjoyed daily breakfast, coffee, though wish there was some fruit options besides orange juice. Room was clean, comfortable, clean bathroom, very strong shower which we loved. My partner has bad arthritis in her knees so stepping UP into the bathroom at the entrance and the high side of the shower was a bit challenging for her to do with her knee issues. Never had to step up into a bathroom before in a hotel--may want to specify that in the description. Don't know if there were any rooms designed for handicapped people. Also the room itself was quite a bit smaller than I had anticipated when reserving online. We had large suitcases so it was a bit tight to open them in the entry way since there was no room around the bed area. Other than that, the room and hotel was perfect for our visit to family in Minami-Gyotoku and would be willing to stay in it again, now that we know what to expect.

建物の作りが年季を感じますがキレイなホテルです。 髭剃り用カミソリが無いのが残念でした。 部屋に電子レンジは無く、お湯ポットも小さく、ミニポータブル冷蔵庫もあまり冷えは良く無いので、出張で利用する方は注意した方がいいです。 カミソリは、もしかしたら見落としていただけかもしれません。 駐車場は台数少ないですが近隣のコインパーキングに停めても100円ほど高い程度です。 スタッフ様の対応はとても良かったです。

ディズニー目的で安く泊まるならアリかと。 ダブルの部屋に宿泊したが、ほぼベッドでキャリーケースを開けるのも一苦労する。 コートをかける所はあるがクローゼットはなし。 冷蔵庫は小型で500mlペットボトルが４本しか入らない。 ファミリー客が意外と居たけど、６歳の子含めダブルに3人は正直疲れが取れなかった… サービスの朝食はパン食。 ただ玉子サラダはマジで美味い。バターロールに挟んで食べたら無限に食べれるので絶対食べた方がいいです。
