Good hotel, but far from city center

The laundry facility on site is great. They need to provide a kettle for making your own coffee or tea. The front desk is helpful. It is a good place to stay for accessing the university, but not for accessing the city center.

Never before have I slept on a sofa bed in a hotel. We are in our mid 60s. It was awful. The shower contained long black hairs and black pubic hair. Which were differently not ours. Ours are white. It says it has a bar. But was told on arrival it had no bar. The receptionist recommended a good French restaurant. We asked what was the selection of food there. The receptionist informed us it was very good Pizza only and this is French. We did find a really good French restaurant in town. Where we ate Duck.

all is new and clean

electric shutter didnt work so the room wasnt dark enough to sleep, it needed to be repaired and it was already 10pm so too late to have it repaired.No drinking glasses were provided so we couldnt have a glass of water. 10€ 50c for breakfast was expensive as there was very little to choose from, no sugar , coffee was ok but only earl grey tea(no black tea), no fruit salad, no knives,only cereal baguette, some croissantes ,boiled eggs but bare minimum.Heard other guests complaining about the lack of choice on offer for the price. Room was excellent with very comfortable king size bed , big bathroom . For the price , good value , will go back when i pass through nxt time and eat breakfast at a cafe

Unterlassene Hilfeleistung der Hotelleitung

Eigentlich wollte ich 5 Sterne insgesamt vergeben. Doch die Arroganz und Unberfrihrenheit der Hotelleitung lässt mich davon absehen. Bei Austreten im EG aus dem Aufzug bin ich, ohne dass ich hätte auch nur irgendwie vorsehend agieren können, auf dem spiegelhlatt nassen Fußboden ausgerutscht und auf die Hüfte gestürzt. Eine massive Prellung ist die Folge. Die Reaktion der Hotelleitung: Sie würden Warnschilder aufstellen und das Ganze sei mein Problem. Das aufgestellte Warnschild befand sich etwa 2m links vom Aufzugausgang mit Ausrichtung der Schrift zum linken Bettengang. Im Aufzug selbst oder sofort vor der Aufzugtür im Sichtfeld des Gastes gab es keinen Warnhinweis. Diese Reaktion ist für mich untragbar und, wie eingangs gesagt, in ihrer Arroganz nicht zu überbieten. Sich bei dem Verletzten nach dem Befinden zu erkundigen und Hilfe anzubieten? Fehlanzeige! Ganz im Gegenteil: Abwiegeln und patzig reagieren. Mit anderen Worten "blöd gelaufen für Dich, dummer Gast". Nicht auszudenken, was vielleicht passiert wäre, wenn ich die Treppe genommen hätte. Vielleicht mit dem Kopf auf eine Treppenstufe aufgeschlagen.
