The air conditioning barely worked, the room had an odor, there weren’t any wash cloths inside the room and I booked my room online and it didn’t mention the hotel was under construction

Stay far away! This hotel is under major reconstruction, and the breakfast area is closed therefore serving no breakfast or food and the pool is closed. But that’s just part of it. Our hotel room was filthy dirty there were dirty socks on the bed. there was sticky candy on the carpet, the shower had mold and was leaking before we even attempted to turn it on. The entire outside of the property is strewn with garbage. It looks like a place that’s closed down. Stay away do not stay here.

beware!!!!!! This hotel is under construction. If you are one sensitive to allergies do not stay at this hotel. the hotel was dirty and construction materials everywhere. I would have understood if they would have made us aware of the hotel being under construction. neither the hotel or hotels.com lets us know. I will not be using hotels.com or booking at this hotel again. Again be very aware my fiance and I got really sick from all of the construction debris.

This place is remodeling. The parking lot looks like a construction site. Floors four and five are in the final stages of the remodel and need just a few minor touch ups and a good cleaning. Everything else is under construction. The fitness center, the pool, and the kitchen are all closed, so no hot breakfast. I am sure once everything is finished and all the trash is cleaned up, it will be nice. As of right now, this place is in a state of disarray.

I would say pass this hotel. The hotel should have been closed while they are doing updates. The pool was down, no breakfast, no exercise room, no ice machine. I had to spend extra money for items that should have been available at the hotel. I will not be back.

It’s under construction. No one at front desk, a phone number left on front desk to call someone to come check you in. Trash everywhere in floors from construction. Most bathrooms and all amenities out of order. No breakfast in morning as advertised. Way too expensive for what you are getting. It should be $40 per night based on what you are getting. It’s way more than that, ridiculous

The building was dirty from the rugs in the elevator to the rugs in the hallways. My toilet did not work and it was dirty. I asked them to please fix it, and it was never fixed properly. There was no soap in the room. There was no shampoo, but 2 bottles of conditioner. Even though it states no smoking, I smelled cigarette smoke in the hallways. I did not feel safe in the area either. I ended up leaving after the first night even though I paid for two.

Where do I begin….??? Upon entering the lobby we were met with “Out of Order” signs for pretty much everything. From the continental breakfast, to the lobby restrooms, parking and other common areas. We were informed that there are renovations which caused the shutdown of these basic amenities. The hotel’s website didn’t indicate that they were going through any renovations. When I asked about the breakfast options I was met with a “No, we don’t have it available “ No apologies for the inconvenience, lack of transparency on their website. The front desk staff was not pleasant or inviting at all, borderline rude. After entering my hotel room I was met with an unmade bed, tv on, and personal items in the room, basically it was occupied by another guest. When I returned to the front desk and informed them of this, I was greeted with questions. Umm… excuse me but can I get a room that’s unoccupied and clean?? They assigned us a new room, but again the amenities were not there. The in-room spa bathtub didn’t have running water, there was hair and fur all over the sofa. Only one lightbulb working in all the of the light fixtures.

This was by far the worst hotel we had ever seen! I understand they were under construction but that had nothing to do with what we saw. Elevator was filthy,”stuff smeared on walls, a floor ashtray in hallway w old vomit and ashes. Bedrm was like something out of a horror movie, picture hanging on the wall had mold under the glass, bed skirt was hanging every which way, mattress sunk in the middle, carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in ??, mold in corners. Obviously we did not stay. We did take pictures of this and more. I have never written a review like this before or left a hotel for filthy conditions.
