There were two issues that were very disappointing during our stay:
Before booking, the hotel website stated that there is a shuttle service within a 5-mile radius. In reality, the service was not operating — we were told it doesn’t run two days a week, and on the days it does operate it only starts at 14:00. Unfortunately, this caused us additional unexpected transportation expenses.
There was a lizard in our room, which left us unable to sleep the entire night. It was extremely unpleasant and quite traumatic for us.
I would appreciate it if you could consider a refund for that night.
