La vue de l’hôtel est magnifique. Le personnel a été gentil et la chambre était propre et spacieuse. La salle de bain petite mais fonctionnel. Le petit déjeuner était bon sans être exceptionnel. Albergo Ristorante Della Torre is one of the best places I have ever stayed (and I travel a lot). It has the basics you need, quiet rooms, and WONDERFUL staff. The restaurant was usually packed, especially on the weekends. We stayed for a long trip - this was “home base” for us as we travelled to other cities. By the end of our two weeks we (my mother and I) decided that we will always come back to Della Torre to stay at least a couple nights in the future. The view is gorgeous, beds comfy, and I just can’t gush enough about the staff. They were always SO helpful, and caring and so wonderful. The food was beyond amazing (we travelled to other cities in Italy and kept talking about how we missed the food here). We will 100% be booking another trip to come back and stay here.

The room visit was excellent, the service and cleanliness were excellent, but if you don't have transportation, it's very difficult to get a taxi, and the taxi is very expensive. Just to get to the hotel, it's about a 5-minute drive and you'll pay about $60. You can walk if you like, it's about 20 minutes. The descent is fine, but the climb will be very tiring.

Everything was great until we realized it was not the room we reserved. The room was half the size. The next morning they were cleaning the one room we reserved and paid for. We told the morning manager but she didn’t seem to care much and blamed an electronic glitch. Out of all the places we reserved , it was the only one we had an issue with. The staff was very friendly but the manager was not very friendly. About parking, good luck. The staff parks at the free spots and the manager tells you to go park in paying car park and tells you to wake up for 8 am and go pay….i am more annoyed paying extras for the large room and seeing someone else got it. Small hotel so you reserve and pay for the actual room you reserve. I wish they refunded me a portion for the inconvenience because some paid less and got our large room.

Charming small hotel

Location provided a wonderful view on the lake, th restaurant is great both on taste and service. Bed was comfortable, room clean. All rooms are on the first floor. The people where super friendly and nice. Bathroom was a bit small, and noises from the restaurant and fireworks in a neighboring city where present. From 1:30 quiet as can be.
