My stay at Hotel Rayuku was simply amazing. Everything was perfect—from the warm and attentive service provided by the staff to the excellent food that exceeded expectations. It was amazing great food very helpful staff shuttle service was very nice and helpful, I recommend downloading WhatsApp to call them as our phone service did not let us make calls. Staff helped with luggage shipping also which was great! English speak staff was great also. Rooms bueatiful onsen great!

The tastings offered throughout the day were outstanding and a real highlight. In just ten minutes, one can reach the lake and the ropeway, making the location super convenient. Highly recommended for anyone seeking relaxation and breathtaking scenery!

Enjoyed the amazing view from the lobby and our room. Also really loved all the delicious food served in their club lounge. Friendly staff, nice location… it is quite steep of a walk up and down the narrow road, but doable. Already planning to come back on our next trip to Japan!
