My overall stay was good I just want to complain a small thing because even the small dog has to pay 500 pesos despite the fact that the dog did not use the facility. Also, the staff will not recommend better option meaning, budget friendly option, they will offer you first the pricey one. It's a bit pricey.

Place is nice but rooms are not well-maintained. It shows degradation in wear and aesthetic. For a room that is almost 200 usd it is not worth it. They also charge fees for dogs but the area where they can stay is limited, the owner even reprimanded us in a very condescending tone which added to the initial disappointment. Choose another hotel!

Disappointing. I want a REFUND! No beach. Mostly low tide & rocky beach. Pictures are deceiving. Nothing to do. Mosquitoes everywhere. No WiFi. Free breakfast was delayed & it wasn’t good. We checked out early. My worst vacation ever. Never coming back.

The location was great. It was easy to find with google map. The staff were very hospitable and friendly and they always look out for us. We were swimming in the smaller pool as there were wedding preparations on the other side and the "waterfalls'" effect on the pool was not on but when they realized we were there, they turned it on for us so we were able to enjoy the pool. They are in the midst of renovating the resort per area so it is understandable that some of the facilities can be improved. The beach area was a bit far from the hotel itself - this is the same for all the hotels in this area but there is a beach about 15 mins away by car where people can really swim. We enjoyed the walk from the shore to the beach area and sunset is beautiful. They serve good food and have an on call masseuses. You just have to inform the reception ahead of time. They have great food that is reasonably priced considering that their restaurant is the only place where we can order. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and patient in answering our questions. A few things that can be improved would be: 1. Wifi coverage and reception- it's very weak in our room and even in the restaurant and pavillion 2. Telephone for rooms- we had to walk to the reception when we need something and it is a bit of a walk as we are near the beach front 2. Room locks- a bit old and difficult to lock but I think this would go with the renovation
