It’s a pleasant stay in Kumari Boutique. The room is big and comfortable compared with the same price that you can get in Thamel. The staff is always helpful and so friendly. Will stay here again on my next trip.

Hotel is very close to Thamel area, so is very easy to access. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially the manager. We initially wanted to see sunrise in the countryside of Kathman, he helped us to check the weather and suggested to see the sunrise in Pokhara instead. He offered a better price for the domestic flight to Pokhara. The room here are clean. The bed is comfortable. Air conditioning is working well.

Excellent choice in Thamel

The hotel was one of the best hotels I have stayed in while I was in Nepal. Everything was very good. The hotel is located at a very good location, just a few minutes walk to "Garden of Dreams". I can't thank the staff enough. The staffs were friendly and helpful. They fixed our issue immediately. They really did make the hotel like our home. I recommend a lot this place. Thank you.

Perfect stay at Kumari Boutique Hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and up to a good standard, and the hotel was beautifully decorated. The breakfast was also very good and the 12pm checkout time allowed me to do the Everest flight (6.15am), come back, and have a snooze before starting the day which was much needed. Highly recommended and would stay here again.

Room 304 - there was an elevator. I had an amazing 2 night stay at this Kumari Boutique Hotel in Kathmandu, Nepal. They offer an airport pickup service ($10 USD). I guy was waiting for me with a name plate. The ride through Kathmandu was about 20 minutes. The check-in and receptionist was extremely pleasant and efficient. There is a full, daily continental buffet (made to order omelets, pancakes, eggs, fruit, bread, cereal, fresh juice, etc). It's a convenient lo action into the touristy part of Kathmandu. Restaurants and stores are within a 5-10 minute walk. My suite had a TV and mini fridge. It was clean. I would definitely recommend it, and if/when I'm in Kathmandu again, I will stay here. No complaints.

A Perfect Stay

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and couldn’t have been more pleased. The location is ideal – tucked away just enough to offer peace and quiet, yet right in the heart of the vibrant Thamel. Had a great stay in Kumari Boutique Hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and took great care of us. The location of the hotel is also along a quiet street of Thamel that keeps us away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets, and yet remains within walking distance to your restaurants, outdoor gear shops and trekking agencies. One minor complaint I have is that the street is not very car friendly. Because it is at a dead-end, vehicles will find it challenging trying to get out (they have to reverse out). It does not look like that in Google Maps, but the street in front of Hotel Mulberry in fact belongs to Hotel Mulberry and has a gate that prevents cars from passing through directly (pedestrians can walk through without an issue). This might be a slight inconvenience when you are trying to get a taxi right at the door step of the hotel.
