Room was very dirty. Floor had not been hoovered. Bed sheets had brown stains on them. Tiny bathroom with zero places to hang towels to dry. Plus the shower switch was broken and only provided 2 tiny towels for 2 people no hand towel. Quiet room though and easy check in.

Great location. Parking space available and pre-bookable outside the front door. Staff welcoming. Rooms are fairly small (particularly single rooms) and somewhat tired, and there is no lift. But clean and functional and one of the best options for a relatively inexpensive short term stay in this area.

Very helpful staff who arranged parking when I hadn't booked any and who lended us his personal phone charger. Great location, few minutes walk to Hyde Park and Paddington Station.
