En af flere ting der giver minus stjerner.

Taget betragtning af at der er tale om et femstjernet hotel og min VIP-status fik opdatering til Junior suite, så var der mange ting der ikke spillede. Mest ærgerlig var jeg over morgenmaden som bestod af English breakfast, denne var kold både pølser, bacon og beans, jeg sendte dette retur til køkkenet og 2 min senere kom det retur, denne gang varmere, men helt sikkert fordi det havde været i microovnen, det er ikke sådan et 5 stjernet hotel bør varme deres mad.

Exceptional 5 star boutique hotel, a real hidden gem, centrally located off main shopping street Jaime III. Friendly and informative staff provided guidance on dining places and where to walk around. Lovely breakfast each morning included choice of healthy and hearty options. Beautiful decor throughout, very attractive bar and restaurant, gorgeous indoor basement pool and sauna. Lift to Rooftop plunge pool and seating. Can’t wait to stay there again!

Wir waren im November für einige Tage in diesem Hotel. Vom ersten Moment bis zur Abreise alles bestens. Obwohl wir viel zu früh anreisten, mussten wir nur sehr kurz warten, bis das Zimmer bereit war. In der Zwischenzeit offerierte man uns Getränke und Snacks (!) und erklärte uns das Hotel, die Sehenswürdigkeiten und gab wertvolle Tipps. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt, ausnahmslos alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels könnte besser nicht sein und auch der Saunabereich gefällt. Super Hotel, sehr zu empfehlen!
