Better during the winter

The hotel was nice especially the spa was great, but the air conditioning of the room was not effictive enough when it was 22 degrees outside. It was too hot to sleep during the night. The breakfast was ok. Juices were quite sweet and the scrambble egg like pudding. You can buy drinks in the spa area. They are ok, nothing special.

Some aspects of breakfast need improving, the presentation of hot food especially the eggs could be a lot better and the hard boiled eggs actually hot. Needs a kettle in the room rather than the silly coffee machine. Pods are not eco friendly. Bigger slipper for the room as no good for size 12 feet or bigger. Larger dressing gown options for the spa. Beds are a bit hard even with the mattress topper. Different pillow options as one pillow was not enough and two pillows to high. Softer bigger towels. Air conditioning difficult to operate with no instructions. Spa towels should be free for hotel staying guests. The Location was very good, near old town and transport links easy once you got use to it.

Nice hotel, great spa, shame about lack of sleep

The bed and cushions were identical to hotel next door. Sadly the rooms were too hot even with the Aircon and the room was located next to a busy road where people were loud until the early hours. A fantastic spa and incredible service from the workers who did everything to make our stay great.

Good hotel near the old town. Spa was excellent. Breakfast was good & variety pity the plates were not hot. There was a smoking room next to the reception which was good as it was always snowing outside. TV only had American news why no bbc world service & the sport channel only showed skiing. would return to this hotel.

Great location and good Hotel but the cost savings are showing. The Hotel location is really good for walkable tour of Tallinn. Rooma are fairly sized, but my issue is the apparent cost savings that are showing in the customer experience. Spa access is included, but you news use same towel as in your hotel room, which usually leaves you with wet towel in your room. The toilet flush has been adjusted to Flow that forces you to flush multiple times. Same with toilet paper and napkins: you get the bare minimum, so don’t miss the cleaning or you are left chasing staff and asking for more towels and paper.
