Excellent location with the best views of Porto from our room. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Our breakfast was excellent. The hotel has a wine cellar for tours, it also offers tours and other services (at discounted rates). I'd definitely stay again if back in Porto.

Everything was perfect. We stayed in a River View room and loved watching the sunset and Porto’s night lights right from our window — no need to go out to enjoy the view. Bed was firm/hard, but this wasn’t a big issue for our one-night stay. We stayed in a private room - I believe this location has dorm/hostel rooms as well.

A lovely stay in a safe area. The staff are really helpful and nice. The beds are large and comfortable. The breakfast is simple and buffet-style with some fresh items like eggs made to order. They offer 24/7 water and luggage storage. I hope to see more bins placed around (since the only one is in Kitchen). Overall a good stay, I recommend it.
