I always choose this hotel whenever I visit Korea because it’s close to Seongsu-dong. First of all, the staff are very friendly. The room was comfortable and well equipped with a hair dryer, curling iron, and even an iron. On the 21st floor, washing machines and dryers were available for free, and I could easily buy detergent on the first floor. In the evening, I used the lounge on the 20th floor with my friends, and we were very satisfied. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to my friends visiting Korea."

The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. There are many places to eat nearby. It was convenient because there was a currency exchange machine, and I used it conveniently because I could iron my clothes with a service iron. It's close to the station, but the price is reasonable It is a memorable place for its neat rooms and comfortable beds. On the first floor of the lobby, there was a currency exchange machine, including location, facilities, and services. Then you can have a comfortable and pleasant stay near the station I'd like to recommend it to those who want it It was there. The lounge on the 20th floor was fun to enjoy the night view and various drinks.

The staff gave us an upgrade, and we were happy about it. But then, as soon as we got into the room we could not hide our disappointment. I understand that this was 2 stars hotel. However the cleanliness of this hotel was at its worst. I am pretty sure that they don't do proper room cleaning using housekeeping personnel. Not only the floor was dirty, but the stains on the walls, shower, and bathtub. Hairs were everywhere, and the refrigerator was never taken care of; it had a big chunk of coil frozen ice inside it. The overall condition of the hotel was not great compared to the price we paid. We are very much sure that this will be a great hotel if they actually take care of them, because the interior and the theme of the rooms were on an another level.

部屋と浴室の間にドアがないし、浴槽と洗面台の間にシャワーカーテンもないので洗面台の方までびしょびしょに濡れてしまうのが困りました。それ以外は総合的にみて良かったです。スタッフの方は私のカタコトの韓国語を笑顔で一生懸命聞き取ってくださり、みなさんとても親切でした。

デザイナーズホテルが大好きです！ フロントにいらっしゃるスタッフの方々もとても親切でした。 笑いながら案内してくれて、チェックイン時間より早く到着してスーツケース、かばんをあらかじめ保管することができて良かったです。 客室もきれいで何より客室の冷蔵庫に様々な飲み物がありました。 全部サービスだそうです！！ 韓国にいつ来るか分からないけど、来るようになったらまた訪問します！！ あ、そして20階にラウンジカフェがあります。 すごい雰囲気です！！

옷걸이에 끈적이는 콜라찌거기가 붙어있어서 옷을 걸수가 없었으며, 1회용 커피믹스종이컵에 여자머리카락이 휘날려서 청결하지 못했습니다. 19층 로열스위트는 12시까지 쿵쿵거리고 시끄러워서 숙면을 취하기가 힘든 별로 추천하고 싶지 않았습니다.

Dirty Sheets and Coffee Mug

When I entered the room, I wanted cup of coffee, and took the coffee mug. This coffee mug had half drunk coffee in the mug. Obviously, the cleaning staff did not check, and did not replace and did not clean the coffee mug. Also, the sheets smelled and was not clean. Avoid this hotel.

<장점> 1. 최근에 지은 듯한 깨끗한 건물과 시설 2. 그럴듯한 라운지 view 3. 두어명 빼고 전반적으로 친절한 staffs 4. 냉장고 안에 비치된 음료수(2병)와 생수 무료 5. 객실 난방은 중앙난방이나 staff에 요청할 경우 온도 조정해 줌 <단점> 1. 바로 옆건물에 클럽이 있어 주말(특히 금요일 밤)에 소음 심함 : 음악소리는 들리지 않으나 골목에 모여 새벽 2~3시에 떠드는 통에 잠을 못잠 2. 위의 1번 사항을 컴플레인해도 별다른 조치없는 staffs 3. 객실 간 방음이 안됨 4. 1개의 객실키만 제공. 추가 요청 시 보증금 2만원 요구하고 추가 키를 제공하나, 퇴실 시 말하기 전에는 돌려주지 않음 (보증금을 떼먹을 의도였다기 보다는, 추가 키 제공을 위한 절차가 명확치 않아 누구는 보증금 받고 누구는 안 받고.. 이런 상황으로 보였음)
