We really enjoyed our stay. Our apartment was clean, modern and well equipped. The resort is great for sledding and the on site soft play/activity park was great for the kids. We ate at the restaurant 3 times and the food and service were both good. We thought the price of using the pool was too high 65euros per day for a family of 4. Had it been half of this we would have visited.

24h service, warm accomodation with good parking, views and everything you need nearby. Highly recommended. Rent your own car to be more flexible in your adventure. Driving in winter also was not a problem at all. All roads are well maintained with good access to all the highlights around kuusamo and Ruka. Will book again.

Huoneisto oli odotetun siisti ja toimiva vaikka yhden yön perusteella ei syvällisempää analyysiä pysty tekemään. Ainoa huoneistoa koskeva kritiikki tulee kylpyhuoneen saippuasäiliöiden tyhjyydestä. Hotels.com tiedot osin harhaanjohtavia koska valitsimme kalliimman huoneistopaketin johon piti sisältää kylpylään pääsy mutta jouduimme silti ostamaan sen erikseen. Muutenkin Sisältyy kohtaan on epäselvästi listattu palveluita joista pitää maksaa kohteessa erikseen. Itse kylpylä parhaat päivät nähnyt ja varsin pieni, porealtaissa hiukan viileähkö veden lämpötila. Holiday Club Tropiikin vastaanotossa oli miellyttävä ja ymmärtäväinen asiakaspalvelija.

Tavanomainen holiday clubin huonosti siivottu kohde. Lattiat likaiset, sängyt ja petivaatteet epämukavat, huonekalut juhannuskokkoon meno kunnossa, sohvatyynyjen alla jos vaikka mitä sinne kuulumatonta. Ei ollut siivoojille annettu aikaa kurkata sinne. Liesituuletin rikki ja pölyn ja rasvan peitossa. Työnsi jäätävää ilmaa k,eittiön tasolle. Mutta kuten sanottu, holiday clubin perus settiä!

Kuva Hotels.com:in sivulla olevasta paritalosta on täysin harhaanjohtava. Vuokraamamme kahden makuuhuoneen huoneisto oli hotellirakennuksen siivessä, ISOSSA KERROSTALOSSA. Rakennus oli vanha, kenties -70 luvun paikkeilta. Itse huoneisto sinänsä oli remontoitu ja varustetaso erittäin hyvä. Hankaluutta aiheutui meille suksien ja urheilutarvikkeiden säilyttämisestä, jonka oli pitänyt tapahtua kätevästi kuvassa olevan talon pihalla. Hotels.com:in maksun lisäksi piti Holiday Clubille maksaa vielä 35 euron maksu lemmikkisiivouksesta. Jos emme olisi tajunneet mainita koirasta respan vastaanotossa, maksu olisi ollut peräti 150 euroa. Hotels.com:in ilmoituksessa luki lemmikkiystävällinen ja ajattelimme sen riittävän. Ilmoituksessa kannattaisi olla selkeä rastituskohta jossa kysytään, onko lemmikkejä mukana. Myös lisämaksusta olisi reilua ilmoittaa etukäteen.
