The staff was nice, the hotel is located really close to the metro, a couple of station away from the Duomo. You get what you pay for in terms for facilities the bathroom was clean, the bed was clean too. The room is small and you have to pay for the air condition 10 euro.

Property was good for my needs and easy to get to the Metro which is just across the road. Staff were always available and helpful so no issues there. It was a lively and busy area but had no issues personally and also just a 20 min metro to Duomo. It’s very basic accommodation but for the price I really have no complaints about this and the shared bathroom was clean and didn’t have to wait whilst there.

The hotel offers good value for money. The hotel is a 30-second walk from the metro, which takes you into the center of Milan in 10 minutes. The staff are very friendly and flexible. As for parking, it's the city's public parking lot, at around €2.20 an hour (from 8am to 7pm). The room facilities are good, even if we only had 2 towels for 3. We wound up not even staying here. We checked into the room and got upstairs and into the room and it was awful! The room was dirty and smelled heavily like smoke so bad that it was choking us up and we could not stay. The smoke smell was so bad that we were coughing and choking. We went downstairs and asked for a refund and told them that we needed to leave due to the condition of the room and we were told it was non-refundable. We left and were out over $800 that I guess we just have to eat because of their policies. Not ideal at all, but there was no way we were staying there. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Worst place ever!!!! Cold, unable to put the heating on came on at a set time 3-8. Window did not shut properly so it was freezing all night. Smelt funny. Room was half decorated. Toilet seat broken. Couldn’t wait to leave. Would have found elsewhere if we could. Left as soon as we woke up in the morning. DO BOG RECOMMEND !

This hotel doesnt look like the pictures. The room was dirty, super cold and the blankets were thin. It felt like sleeping in a prison cell. The toilet was dirty. The bed was small and hard. The environment was noisy with thin walls. Even though it's cheap, it's not worth the experience. After one night, we booked us in on another hotel because of the unpleasent experience.
