皆さんが口コミされていた通り、古いホテルですが、清掃も行き届いており、気持ちよく過ごせました。従業員の方々も食事の際、帰りの清掃でのご挨拶もなお声掛けも皆さんでして頂きました。 また、その当時はかなり豪華なホテルだったのが伺えます。 1つ個人差はあるかとおもいますが、全館空調なので、エアコンをオフにしていてもちょうど良いくらいだってので、弱にしていても寒くオンオフの調整しかないので、弱でオンにできる温度設定に頂けるともっと快適でした。

昭和の大規模ホテルです。館内に大きな滝があり、青森の民芸品が多く陳列されていて郷土色もあります。お風呂は露天風呂付きの大浴場。泉質も少し独特のにおいがありますが良好。夕食は半個室での個食型でボリューミー。施設そのものは古めで廊下のカーペットも擦り切れていたりしますが、良き時代の名残りと思える程度。十和田湖湖畔にありながら湖がまったく見えないところだけが難点。

This is an amazing peaceful place. Just perfect for calming minds and taking care of your body in local thermal water. Interior in this hotel is so charming and very traditional. Everybody from the stuff is also really cute and polite. I think if we return here next time in the summer it will be even more interesting with more available facilities of this area. But even now, in middle of April it’s so good and nice.

室内は古いがキレイです。 館内は広く、歴史を感じます。 勧進相撲の記録もあり経営者の方の十和田での偉大なキャリアを感じる事が出来る宿です。 温泉は広くて快適な泉質、満足度高いです。 食事はワタシ的には満足でした。 朝のバイキング、青森の果実があれば良かった、、 海外からの団体客も複数来てましたが、宿の運用力の高さからか、混雑感なく快適でした。

設備は古いものの、広々とした規模の大きな観光ホテルでした。ロビーも大浴場も土産物店も、とにかく広い！館内に、高さのある滝があるのは圧巻。 2食付きでしたが、夕食は、バラ焼きとせんべい汁という2大郷土料理を中心にボリュームたっぷり。朝食バイキングも種類豊富な惣菜が並んでいます。 インバウンド団体客も泊まっていましたが、日本の少人数の客とはエリアを分けていたみたいでほとんど気にならず。 部屋のトイレがちょっと臭かったのと、洗面所にタオルが無かったのがややマイナスポイント。
