Our room was clean but the breakfast was terrible. Very few options and everything that was supposed to be “hot” was very cold. At check-in, the front desk staff did not explain any of the amenities or inform us about the time or location of the breakfast. Had booked the Parks Radisson but Jacuzzi Room wasnt available, was sent to The Older Radisson next door which was givin a Similar room but Jacuzzi was not the same and very small , there was no step to get into the Jacuzzi resulting in almost slipping out and scratching inside of thigh.
