Awesome hotel. Awful restaurant.

Hotel was excellent as was the service and cleanliness of the room. But had trouble giving 5Star due to the food. The free breakfast we had was worth every penny so very very average. We cancelled dinner reservations at a super great restaurant due to recommendation from front desk and ate at hotel on our last night. Again, less than average and our worst meal in Sorrento area over 4 days. Hate to give hotel a bad review as food was only complaint and that can be avoided. Tip for future travelers- Avoid the restaurant not the hotel.

Café da manhã pessimo. Durante minha viagem fiquem em vários hotéis e nem no Íbis, que é uma rede mais simples o café foi tão precário. Sem mtas opções de fruta, máquina de café quebrada, sem muita opção de pães… achei pessimo O hotel no geral é bom! Vista linda para o mar. Porém conforto deixa a desejar nos quartos. O guarda roupa cheira velho…

This was an amazing property in Sant Agnello. Even though it was not a conventional hotel, it included amenities such as a dining room and a bar. The ambience was sophisticated but not pretentious. The price was quite reasonable considering the property and Lodgings.

After reading the description I was super excited to stay here and wow,did it live up to the billing! My daughter and I spent the night and were so happy! The room was great and the property offers excellent views and a gorgeous garden setting! The water is right off the deck… simply beautiful! Oh, and the staff was accommodating and super sweet!

O hotel é muito agradável, tem uma vista linda para o mar, um jardim fantástico e os funcionários muito simpáticos, só é um pouco longe do Porto e do centro da cidade (25min caminhando)

The hotel itself & its restaurant has an amazing view. I was here in mid-May and the hotel had not turned on AC yet, so it got hot in the rooms unless you open the window (but there are no window screens to keep the bugs out). The staff were unaware of this and kept telling me they were turning our AC down, then eventually another staff said they don’t turn on AC until mid to late June. All of the staff we spoke to were very nice though and tried to be helpful. They also don’t allow outside food or drink on the property, which is pretty inconvenient since the hotel is located far from Sorrento. Rooms are outdated (two twin beds pushed together for our bed, shower is small). Overall, we didn’t feel it was worth the high price point
