This hotel was very nice to stay in. It was clean and modern and made my stay very comfortable. The staff are friendly and were very patient with me while I used google translate on my phone to communicate. A couple of the front desk staff spoke english which was helpful. The hotel is a bit smaller in person than it appears in the photos on the internet, but there was enough space for my needs. The little beach attached is pleasant if you want calmer waters away from the main beach. The food was great, I recommend the mashed potatos! Big breakfast! You will enjoy your stay here.

Chegamos para o check in as 13:52hs e fomos informados que só poderia ser às 14hs mas que mesmo assim a atendente iria fazendo o nosso cadastro para adiantar. Pegou todos os nossos dados e anotou no papel e pediu que esperaremos na recepção. Nessa hora chegou um outro casal e também mais outro após a nossa chegada. E infelizmente foram feitos os dois checkins em nossa frente. Quando foi 14:15hs fui questionada por outra recepcionista se precisava de ajuda? Nessa hora um pouco já irritada, respondi que eu não precisava não, mas que a colega de trabalho dela sim, pois já haviam passado duas famílias em nossa frente e eu ainda aguardava. Nessa hora a atendente que estava me atendendo me informou que o casal que foi liberado já estava na piscina desde o 12hs, usando as dependências externas e que por isso foi mais rápido, ou seja, eu sento na recepção e espero se eu quiser entrar e já tem outra família que depois de usar bastante a piscina ainda passa na minha frente. E informou também que a outra família ela já fez o cadastro direto no computador, ou seja, o meu anotou tudo no papel pra depois passar para o computador e o que chegou depois faz direto no computador??? Realmente não gostei do primeiro atendimento, que para mim é o cartão de visita de um hotel.
