Calm oasis on Phra Sumen Rd.

This is a lovely hotel with many beautiful details (old photographs and prints), tasteful decor touches. Probably the nicest hotel in this area. The staff are also very helpful. Nice breakfast selection. The rooftop pool is a bit small, but the views are great.

Spent one night there after the earthquake on 28th March 25. Staff were wonderful as I was feeling pretty shaken by the whole experience. The place is lovely and clean and it had sustained no damage from the earthquake (whereas my condo was totally destroyed). Very grateful to have found this place and felt safe after such an ordeal. I don’t know much about the area as I live in a different part is town but the hotel itself is lovely. Highly recommend!!

This hotel is in the perfect location! Close to all shops restaurants and many temples, lovely and quite on the riverside but close enough to khoa san if you like the hustle and bustle! The staff was absolutely amazing! So polite and welcoming and ready to help with any question asked, the breakfast was also perfect! Plenty to pick from to fill you up to start your day! I would definitely recommend and I will be returning as soon as I can! thank you to all the staff :)

Unfortunately I woke up with a bed bug or tick, not sure, attached to my leg with a bite. Disappointing considering the price for Bangkok, it wasn't a cheap option by any means. Service was great, room was nice, location was good, but can't recommend for the reason stated. I plan on trying to get a refund.
