Good location and view, but that's about it.

The view and the location are great, but that's about where the good ends. The accommodation is dated and there has been little in the way of maintenance recently. There are broken appliances (bbq, hotplates, etc) and the place was dirty. The linen had stains, as did the couches. It wouldn't take much to make this a great place to stay, but in it's current format there are definitely better options available.
