This is a top place to stay the night or a couple . Room was really nice amd clean and the pub downstairs is just brilliant. Keep you reading the walls for hours with historic bits and bobs.

Overnight Stay

Beautiful spacious room. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, I ended up in the emergency department of the hospital as I had a gallbladder attack. Spent most of the night in a hospital bed. Got back to the hotel about 4:30am and managed to get some sleep in the super comfy bed. Would love to return to be able to appreciate the stay more. Highly recommended.

Excellent rooms with a great pub and restaurant downstairs. This is the second time I have stayed here and my third visit will be next week. So handy for local shopping in Morningside and Bruntsfield and on good bus routes for the rest of Edinburgh
