The hotel itself was great. the location is fantastic for the tourist to see all of the core of rome. The side street it is on is sketchy but that isnt the fault of the hotel and once down the street, everything is excellent.

Hotel room was nice and big. The air conditioning worked well. When we checked in, we were not told about the free breakfast and the times. When the room was “cleaned” there was only one roll of toilet paper that was half way through and when we asked for 2 more, we were only given 1. No fresh bath towels were provided. The area around the hotel wasn’t clean and we didn’t feel safe walking late at night.
