Great location, near the station, Lidl and a really good vegan restaurant. Lift then stairs to room - receptionist had to explain how to find room by trying out the locks (!) as room no. not given. Bathrooms down a flight of stairs but all very clean and nicely furnished corridors and rooms. Would have been nice to have blinds on the Velux windows, but overall, fine.

This place I don’t recommend at all, it’s so different from the pictures, I just got there and left, they didn’t return the money when I complained about the difference between their pictures and the reality! The place is on a unsafe area, since the moment you enter to the place is so old, dirty and stinky, it smelled like someone pee in there, the bedroom that I chose was the very last at the top of the building I had to used a super narrow escalator to get in to the bedroom and the whole place looks really nasty! I just did the check in, saw the bedroom and the environment and left right away!

Location was very handy as I wanted to be close to central station. Facilities were poor, and misleadingly described. Despite shower and bathroom being listed as 'room amenities' these were in fact shared. Moreover there was no shower on my floor. Noise snd heat were also a problem as windows were unglazed and fan was poir quality. Also charging plug was in a very inconvenient position, unaccessible from bed. Room was also very small.

The check in was bad as the hotel never transmitted a reservation code. And was non responsive to messages. There were no wash clothes in the bathroom, and the curtains did almost nothing to keep the light out. The window didn't seal shut so it let in the rain. The shower was tiny, and if you move at all you can shut off the water.

La recepción esta en otro edificio, hay personos pero no te atienden, tienes que hacer self checkinn, la maquina pide mucha informacion y es tardado el proceso, ademas de que, es hasta las 3 de la tarde. Si te toca en el piso 5 o 6 ya no llega el elevadaor y los baños son compartidos. La zona donde esta, es la peor, hay muchos indigentes y drogadictos.

The check in machine was not working correctly and took a while to check into both our rooms. They were working on neighboring rooms while we were trying to rest. Room was hot and didnt have any A/C so we had to open the windows. This was a problem bc there was a cop or ambulance every 15mins driving by and ppl on the street always yelling and talking through the night.

Qualität zu letztem Jahr massiv verschlechtert. Statt Rezeption jetzt neu self Check-in, kein room service, Zimmer hat arg nach Qualm gestunken. Trotz lüften & Masse an Raum Spray nicht zu handeln, nachts schrien junge Laute auf dem Gang (sehr geräuschempfindsame Wände), keine Koffer Aufbewahrung... Gegend: Migranten-Drogen-Distrikt.

Middelmådig hotel med en urimeligt langsommelig og ringe indtjekning. Det tog ca 2 timer, da der kun var én automat. Værelserne var rimelige, men manglede basisudstyr (garderobe, bøjler, hylder til toiletartikler, mv) Sengene var dog i den bedre ende. Hotellet er meget lydt, og der var meget larm fra gaden. Man blev nødt til at åbne vinduerne, da der ikke var aircondition, så det var svært at sove.

Fine værelser, men dårlig kommunikation

Vi havde nok det mindste værelse, med skråvæg men det var ok. Vi fik kun 1 nøgle til værelset, og det skete desværre også at vi glemte den på værelset. Dette medførte at vi skulle ringe og bede om hjælp. Dette var kl 7.20 men der var ingen respons på receptionen. Fik et nr til nødhjælp netop ved mgl. nøgle. Ringede til dem 5 gange uden at nogen svarede. Efter 20 min fik jeg en sms om at jeg skulle blive ved værelset. Der gik ca 10 min til der kom en og låste op. Han virkede så sur, for han kunne knap nok sige godmorgen, og var væk igen inden jeg kunne nå at sige tak.

Das Zimmer und die Einrichtung war sehr schmutzig. Auf den Gardinen, dem Bett, dem Teppich, auf Möbeln überall Flecken. Das Bad ebenfalls sehr schmutzig. Schimmel in der Dusche und alles ingesamt schmutzig. Die Umgebung sehr laut und beängstigend. Immer nur hörte man Polizeieinsätze

Please remove from Hotels.com

Did not recieve email from hotel for the code to check in, despite trying to email or phone. Check-in is exclusively automated, so was not able to stay the night. Only non-refundable reservation was available, so lost the money for the booking. This is similar to other people's experience.

Nie wieder . Laut und unbequem

Umgebung nicht so. War sehr laut egal ob Tag oder in der Nacht . Die Wände sehr dünn, dass man den Nachbarn beim schnarchen hören kann. Betten waren okay, sowie das Zimmer und Bad. Nur das nötigste. Zimmer eher klein. Wir hatten 2 Nächte , das hat vollkommen gereicht aber wir würden es nicht weiter empfehlen wenn man ein ruhigen Schlaf benötigt.
