We love Yuzawa as a get one night get away. We stayed here because someone in our party wanted a private Onsen in the room. The rooms are large and great for families. However, the property is a bit date and the in room tub was small. They have a beautiful waterfall. Too bad it’s not lit at night nor could we go outside to take pictures

Excellent hotel, it sits on the top of the hill that overlooks the city. The room was very comfortable and we happen to also have a private osen inside our bathroom in the balcony which was amazing. I recommend getting the room with breakfast. The city doesn't open early as most restaurant in the city opens in the afternoon. Unless your planning to skip breakfast I highly recommend you get breakfast option with your reservation. The hotel restaurant opens at 8pm, if your an early eater like myself, there are plenty of restaurants in the city that is about 8 minute downhill walk to that has plenty of options. The only downside of this hotel, is the shuttle bus that it offers does not go to any of the ski-resorts. You will need to take the ski resort shuttle that is pre-determine around the city. Otherwise, they offer shuttle to the train station.

雙葉的selling point is 温泉有多個室外露天 室內 的美麗温泉，很是享受，酒店房間大而comfortable 。我book 了private bath 但原來不是房內溫泉，但有一個outdoor 陽台上bath ,不錯體驗。 唯一是早餐和晚餐食物很普通有侍改善。

チェックインの際に朝食券を渡されたので料金の説明もなかったので朝食が無料でついてると思い食べに行ったが、チェックアウトの際に朝食代1人2,200円を徴収された。チェックインの際に説明があれば近くのカフェに行っていたのでなんとも不満な気分でした。2,200円に見合わない朝食だとも思いました。 ホテルの施設や特に温泉はとっても素敵で満足で冬のスキーシーズンにまた来ようと思っていたが、最後に不満な気持ちになりました。
