Les matelas moins confortable. La climatisation est centrale donc nous ne pouvons pas ajuster … Par contre, excellents croissants au petit déjeuner. Le hall d’entrée est très beau. La rue en avant est difficile d’accès en voiture car ils font des travaux avec la ville. Très bien situé, près du pont.

Room not so clean. Maid only comes only once in three days. Everything in room is dated. Breakfast is simply carbs and coffee. Parking too expensive at $45/day. No bar fridge, no microwave. Close to subway. I’d give him that.

Location is excellent.. communication between front reception and house cleaning is extremely poor… unfortunately due to lack of cleaning of our room after multiple requests, I would not stay at this hotel again.

I called the hotel to confirm they had elevators directly to the rooms as I am traveling with a person that requires wheelchair access. The hotels has elevators, however, they service 2 floors, from the elevator you would need to go upstairs or downstairs to your room. The confirmation they had elevators to the rooms ended up being very inconvenient for a 5 day stay
